  1. Download the membership application form
  2. Complete the application including email address
  3. Obtain names/signatures of three current members as sponsors for your application
  4. Prepare a check for $50 deposit (this is a non-refundable deposit)
  5. Mail check and completed application to PO Box 602, Broomall, PA  19008-0602

Members: Get a $75 credit on your 2012 membership fee for each new senior member referral made before March 1, 2011. There is no limit to the number of referrals members can make under the terms of this offer!  Download the membership application from above and give it to your prospect.  Be sure to fill out the bottom of the form indicating you are the primary sponsor (first member signature line) and get two other members to sponsor the individual before your prospect returns the form to Maryrose Sheppard or Minda James.
